Greetings Empower Missouri Community,

I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Operations Director at Empower Missouri, and I am thrilled to be a part of this incredible community dedicated to addressing poverty and inequality in our state.

In my role, I will be focusing on streamlining processes within our organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving our mission. I believe that by optimizing our workflows, we can amplify our impact and better support our team as they work tirelessly to make a difference.

I am also eager to connect with many of you at our upcoming events. Whether it’s our brunch, Week of Action, or our annual Summit, these gatherings provide valuable opportunities for collaboration, networking, and shared learning.
