Jen Corbridge, manager of state government and non-profit partnerships at Propel, a company that created and runs the Fresh EBT App. Jen will be talking about the Fresh EBT which is an app created to help SNAP users better manage their SNAP benefits. It also surveys SNAP households every month to understand how circumstances in their lives are changing as a result of the pandemic. She will discuss the findings of the September survey of the App’s users and what it showed in light of the pandemic, SNAP and SNAP users.
Caitlin Whaley, Legislative Director for the Missouri Department of Social Services. Caitlin will be sharing the latest updates with the Department. She will also answer any questions about the Department and its programs that the call attendees may have.
