Tina Mahtani joined Empower Missouri in April 2025 as the Operations Director. Prior to joining Empower, she worked at a DEI-focused organization for the last 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and an MBA. Tina is committed to optimizing operational performance so that organizations can deep their impact. She lives in St. Louis and is an avid dog lover.
