David Webber joined the University of Missouri Political Science Department in 1986 with an academic specialty in American Public Policy (especially economic, education, and environmental policies). Between 2009 and 2015, he taught American Public Policy at two South Korea universities. In 2009, Webber began volunteering at Columbia (Mo) homeless services and has written two plays about homelessness (and one about politics) performed in CoMo. He started writing op-eds in the Columbia MISSOURIAN in 1994 and often (perhaps 25 percent of the time) writes about homelessness and related social issues.
