Anti-Poverty Advocates Summit

Since its founding, Empower Missouri has hosted a yearly gathering of anti-poverty advocates to learn together, make connections, and advance our mission. In 2026, we’re celebrating 125 years of People-Powered Policy Change, and our Anti-Poverty Advocates Summit will be a highlight of that celebration. Join us in Columbia, Missouri, on October 1st and 2nd for our 125th Anti-Poverty Advocates Summit & Anniversary Celebration. As always, this year’s event will feature two days of learning through keynote presentations, breakout session speakers, and coalition work time. And to celebrate the 125th Anniversary, this year’s event will also include a celebratory dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday, October 1st (included in the cost of your Summit ticket).
