2022-2023 Board of Directors

Empower Missouri’s Board of Directors is a dedicated group of anti-poverty advocates who are deeply committed to our work of engaging the public in the legislative process to change laws and policies that perpetuate cycles of poverty. As an organization, we strive to seat a board that is geographically, racially, socioeconomically and ideologically diverse in order to shape a leadership team with a broad range of perspectives on the issues facing our state. The 2022-2023 Board of Directors represent six communities across the state and bring a wide variety of knowledge and experience in fundraising, finance, and human resources in sectors deeply attached to Empower Missouri’s work.

We are currently looking for new members to join our Board for 2023-2024. Board terms run July 1st- June 30th, and members are elected to two-year terms. You can learn more about the role aquí, or apply aquí.
