Rachel Tripp

Board Member

Rachel is a passionate and driven social worker with over a decade of experience advocating for the emotional, physical, and financial needs of individuals, families, and communities. She is a program coordinator at Community Foundation of the Ozarks where she coordinates field-of-interest and benevolence grant programming and the Youth Empowerment Project. Originally from northeast Arkansas, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in nonprofit and civic leadership from Drury University. She is a member of the League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri and deputy registrar for the Greene County Clerk’s office. She is also a member of the Association for Women in Communications – Springfield, MO, and serves on the association’s programs committee. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting and exploring the outdoors with her family and two dogs.
