Board Member
Bradley-Geary serves as Director of Supportive Housing for The Vecino Group, where she provides strategic leadership across a national portfolio of supportive housing developments. Since 2014, The Vecino Group has developed 30 supportive housing communities in 10 states, successfully ending homelessness for 621 households in 2025. In her role, Bradley-Geary advances mission-driven development, cross-sector partnerships, and service integration to create sustainable housing solutions for individuals and families exiting homelessness.
Prior to joining The Vecino Group, Bradley-Geary held a senior leadership role at the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC), where she founded and led the Community Initiatives Department. In this capacity, she oversaw approximately $20 million annually in statewide homelessness funding and played a key leadership role in the Joplin housing recovery following the 2011 tornado, coordinating public resources and long-term recovery efforts.
In addition to her professional leadership, Bradley-Geary is an adjunct professor in the Social Welfare program at the University of Kansas. She has been recognized for excellence in teaching with the University of Kansas Dean’s Award for Excellence in Adjunct Teaching and the Mignot Award, reflecting her commitment to developing the next generation of social work leaders.
Bradley-Geary brings extensive governance and policy experience to her work. She currently serves as Board Secretary of the National Association of Social Workers Insurance Company, Chair of the Housing and Healthcare Committee for the Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness, Board of Directors for Empower Missouri, and as a political appointee to the Johnson County, Kansas Housing and Community Development Committee. Her previous board service includes roles with the National Association of Social Workers at both the national and state levels, the Delegate Assembly Task Force, the Governor’s Committee to End Homelessness, the Council on Youth Homelessness, the Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness, Multi-Racial Family Circle, and Harmony.
A recognized advocate for systems change, Bradley-Geary serves as a legislative captain for the National Alliance to End Homelessness and has testified before Congress in support of federal housing legislation, including the passage of H.R. 3700. She is deeply committed to advancing housing as a platform for health, stability, and economic mobility.
Bradley-Geary resides in Olathe, Kansas with her husband, Brian. She is a dedicated community volunteer and serves as a youth group leader at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church in Overland Park, Kansas. She and her husband are proud parents of a Top 30 NCAA Woman of the Year honoree and a collegiate football player at Pittsburg State University.
