Scarlett O’Shaughnessy received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2019 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is currently working towards her master’s degree in Social Work. Scarlett wishes to pursue experience in advocacy work involving basic human needs and equal justice issues in Missouri. She is excited to be completing her student practicum hours through her internship at Empower Missouri.
