Jeffrey D. Lofton is currently the Chief of Police in the Clever City Police Department, managing the agency’s overall progress, community relations, working on various calls for service, and leading with the mindset of responsibility, surrender of accounts and professionalism. Chief Lofton is certified as a General Instructor and Specialist in the areas of Emergency Vehicle Operation and Active Shooter Response. Chief Lofton received his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and emphasis in Sociology from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri.
