Gabbie Wieman

Board Member

Gabbie serves her rural community of Hannibal, Missouri through her family owned and operated business of Automotive Dealerships for over 55 years. When Gabbie first began working at Boland Automotive, she insisted that she began her career in the auto industry by doing probably the most challenging task, selling cars. Although she was most definitely out of her comfort zone and unfamiliar with the industry as a whole, she dug in and quickly adapted, embracing the challenge. She worked her way into service, finance and now as controller, she continues to not shy away from “hard things.”

When she isn’t at Boland Automotive, she is the club director for Club Four Volleyball, an organization that offers players of all ages to compete and to develop. Gabbie was a student athlete while attending the University of Louisville and recognizes the value of quality training, competition, and teamwork. Last year, she coached two separate teams and traveled nationwide on here weekends developing high school players’ skills and minds. Now, as club director, not only will she remain coaching, she will be leading the club’s philosophy and managing its operations, training technics, and well-rounded athletes.

Finally, Gabbie recognizes the importance of community involvement and development; therefore, she is also a present board member of the following organizations: Empower Missouri, CHART Teen Task Force, FACT Families and Communities Together, and AVENUES Domestic and Sexual Violence Advocacy. She also serves on the Community Foundation Competitive Grant Committee, Douglass Community Center Advisory Council, and Salvation Army Advisory Council.
