Do you want to meet other advocates and expand your network? <strong>Then join our <a href=\"https:\/\/empowermissouri.org\/es\/get-involved\/join-the-advocates-book-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Advocates Book Club<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This winter&#8217;s books are <em>When We Walk By <\/em>y <em>Homelessness Is a Housing Problem<\/em>. Discussions will be split into two parts, with an afternoon (12 to 1 p.m.) and evening (6 to 7 p.m.) opportunity to discuss each section. All book discussions will be held on Zoom, so you are welcome to join from anywhere!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our updated schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>When We Walk By: Forgotten Humanity, Broken Systems, and the Role We Can Each Play in Ending Homelessness in America<\/strong>, by Kevin F. Adler, Donald W. Burnes, and Amanda Banh Andrijana Bilbija\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Part One (Chapters 1-7): January 23rd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Part Two (Chapters 8-13): February 20th<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Homelessness is a Housing Problem: How Structural Factors Explain U.S. Patterns<\/strong>, by Gregg Colburn and Clayton Page Aldern\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session One (Chapters 1-3): March 6th<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session Two (Chapters 4-5): March 27th<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can register for upcoming sessions below.
